Launched in 2012 to coincide with the salons new partnership with Aveda, The View Academy was created with a focus on educating and inspiring our team so that they can fulfill their potential.

We have taken in-salon education to a whole new level with the launch of our new Academy. Holding weekly creative sessions where team members practice new techniques that fast track learning, encourage innovation and nurture creativity.

The end result is that we are able to create a confident team who are committed to delivering exceptional service and stunning results for our guests.

We have an dedicated Education Manager to coordinates all learning sessions, including  educational workshops, team building activities and training courses at the Aveda institute in London.

In the next 12 months The View Academy will develop a creative team who set new standards for the industry. Fusing tried and tested principles with new innovation and technology, its our aim to create the ultimate salon experience for both guests and members of our team.
